3. You will receive an email with a unique discount code and you can forward that to the lucky recipient!

Shipping

We're usually speedier, but please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled & shipped. During busier periods of trade (e.g. promotions, launches etc) please allow up to 5 business days.

Australia Post is our chosen shipping carrier and all parcels are sent with tracking.

SHIPPING FAQs: 

  • Our packaging is designed to be used and reused, over and over and over again!

  • Want to track your parcel? A tracking number has been sent to you via email (and may have ended up in Junk!) 

  • Some parcels may need to be signed for on arrival. If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox & arrange with your local postal service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within a reasonable amount of time, the parcel may be returned to us & we will need you to help us cover the cost of re-sending.

You’ve got 14 days to decide, and 3 easy options:

  • Refund – customer responsible for return shipping cost

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unwornunused, and in original packaging
  • Return must be approved by our team via email first
  • Earrings are final sale due to strict hygiene regulation
