Our waterproof collection is made of stainless steel. It's strong, incredibly durable and resistant to tarnish, water & heat. We choose surgical grade stainless steel too, so it's generally very safe for sensitive ears!
Our stainless steel pieces are finished using a double layer of PVD 14k gold plating - a modern coating process that bonds the gold to the metal at a molecular level. In simple terms, it's thicker, more durable and longer-lasting that traditional gold plating which mean better colour retention and less fading.
